The general terms and conditions provided here are the only terms that apply to the use of this website, the sole owner of which is HipKnitShop, a company under Norwegian law.

All rights, including copyrights, in HipKnitShop.com remain with HipKnitShop. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storage, in whole or in part, other than for personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without permission.

Distribution of products
We offer delivery worldwide.

We reserve the right to change this at any time.

Product order
To place an order: Select the desired item(s) and add to cart. Go through the purchase, fill in the info, and select the desired payment. Click on the correct option to confirm your card details or use, or create, a Pay Pal account. You will then receive an email confirming acceptance of the order.

You are bound by the order from the moment you accept the online offer from HipKnitShop (when the order is submitted and payment confirmed on the website).

HipKnitShop will deliver products according to availability. If we are out of stock, we will inform you immediately and you can choose another product or your money back.

HipKnitShop reserves the right to only accept orders from those who are 18 years of age or older.

Warranty on the products.
Our knitting friends and pillows have been tested as safe toys for children, according to Norwegian and European laws and standards. CE marked.

All our finished products are hand-knitted/embroidered by hand. Differences may therefore occur.

Users are hereby informed that photographs of the products offered are for illustration only and intended as a guideline, thus possibly differing from the original.

We recommend that you retain purchase documents, either electronically or attached to the item(s), provided to you by HipKnitShop.

In case of an error, you must immediately inform HipKnitShop by sending us an email and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

Cancellation and return policy.
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the item to exercise your right to cancel and return your purchase from HipKnitShop. Any returns must be agreed in advance with us by email.

HipKnitShop will refund the cost, or if you wish to exchange it for another or similar product of your choice.

You can only return products that are in the same condition as when you received them. HipKnitShop will not issue a refund or accept returns of products if the item is used, unmarked, has undergone any damage or is missing the original packaging. All tags must be attached. Please handle the product with care before returning it.

When returning at your own discretion, the customer covers return costs resulting from mailing to HipKnitShop.

Returns due to defects or errors are covered by HipKnitShop.

After receiving the product, HipKnitShop will investigate and notify you if a refund is applicable, given the condition of the item. The refund will be made within 30 days from the date you requested the return.

Delivery
Shipping is adjusted at checkout depending on which country you are shopping from. Delivery time depends on country. HipKnitShop cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal or customs processing.

We ship all orders within 1-4 days, except during sales and periods where it may take longer. Delivery times are approximate.

If we are out of stock of the item, we will contact you quickly so we can refund you or send you something else if desired.

Delivery location and postage
Shipping is specified in Norwegian kroner (NOK), Euro or American dollars (USD). You can choose your desired currency in the checkout before the final payment step. You can also choose your desired currency in the store.

Unclaimed packages
HipKnitShop does not pay for uncollected packages.

Do you shop from abroad?
When you shop to an address abroad, prices are shown without Norwegian VAT, i.e. 25% cheaper. VAT/VAT is added by the recipient country - please contact local customs authorities for questions regarding laws and regulations around this.

Price and security
The price of the products is as stated on this website. If HipKnitShop discovers an error in pricing, we will contact you immediately and give you the opportunity to cancel your order, or replace your order with the correct price. If it was not possible to contact you within three days of HipKnitShop discovering the error, we will cancel the order and refund the amount.

We accept payment by VISA/Mastercard and PayPal. Safe and easy to use. You do not need to be a member of Pay Pal to make a purchase. When paying by credit or debit card, HipKnitShop reserves the right to check the validity of the card, that there is enough balance to cover the purchase price, and that the address details of the buyer are correct. HipKnitShop reserves the right to refuse purchases.
