Delivery Information

Shipping is adjusted at checkout depending on which country you are shopping from. Delivery time depends on the country. HipKnitShop cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal or customs processing.

We ship all orders within 1-4 days, with the exception of sales and periods where it may take longer. Delivery time is indicative.

If we are out of stock of the item, we will contact you quickly so we can refund you or send you something else if desired.

Delivery location and postage
Porto is specified in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), Euro, or US Dollars (USD). You can choose your preferred currency at checkout before the final payment step. You can also choose your preferred currency in the store.

Unclaimed packages
HipKnitShop does not pay for uncollected packages.

Are you shopping from abroad?
When you shop for an address abroad, prices are displayed without Norwegian VAT, meaning they are 25% cheaper. VAT is added by the recipient country—please contact your local customs authorities if you have any questions regarding the laws and regulations surrounding this.
