If you live in Norway, you have 14 days to return the item(s) after you have received it. You will then be refunded the price of the item, excluding return shipping costs.
The item you wish to return must be in perfect condition, as when you received the item, and not used or washed. The items must be returned with the original tags intact on the product. If you have the original receipt that came with the shipment, you can send it back with the item(s).
If you live outside Norway, you can return and/or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

How do I proceed to return an item?
- Send an email to HipKnitShop, Hello@hipknitshop.com, with info about who you are/order number, and what you are sending back. See attached form in your order.
- Pack the item well and securely before returning it (reuse the packaging if possible). Mark your package as returned goods.
- Send by post to the following address: HipKnitShop, Sjøgata 22, 8006 Bodø, Norway. Email «Hello@HipKnitShop.com» and phone «93291575» so that we are notified of the package.
- We will contact you when the item(s) arrive and refund the money for the item(s) if you are entitled to it. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the package arriving, use tracking. If there is a fault or shortage with the item, HipKnitShop will of course cover all additional fees.
- If the order was paid for with a credit card, the money will be transferred to the card used for purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Transactions can take up to 3-8 banking days.
Return costs: HipKnitshop is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns, except for items that are defective or faulty. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, no later than 30 business days, after HipKnitShop receives the items. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question.
Please note that additional duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed by other agencies will not be refunded by HipKnitShop.

As a customer, you are responsible for unpacking the item(s) and checking that the item(s) are free from defects as soon as possible after you have received the item(s). If you have received products that are damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us at Hello@hipknitshop.com before returning.
Please attach a photo with details of the damage/fault. HipKnitShop will refund shipping costs if the item is damaged and/or faulty.
Exchange of goods
Send the item back as mentioned above. We will refund the amount. Order the desired new item in the online store.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
knitting kits are considered one product. knitting kits must be refunded/returned in their entirety, not parts of the package.
PDF knitting patterns cannot be returned.
