LOVESTORY SWEATER KNITTING PATTERN

Knitting pattern for a women's cable sweater. The Lovestory sweater is knitted in a delicious blend of Pop Merino and Hip Mohair.

The piece is worked from the top down. First, the back piece is worked back and forth. Then, stitches are picked up over the shoulders to form two shoulder sections. Decreases and increases are worked on the shoulder sections to form the neckline. The shoulder sections are gathered mid front and the front piece is finished. The front and back pieces are gathered and the body is worked to the desired length.
Pick up stitches for sleeves, knit and finish with a narrow rib. Finally, pick up stitches for the neckline.

Oversized fit and wide, straight sleeves. 15-30 cm positive ease is recommended.
