5. INFORMATION is stored locally on the DEVICE

We use cookies to store an anonymous identifier locally in your browser. These are used to improve the user experience. For example, remembering form data entered so that it is remembered for later use. We also have elements from third-party services such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google+, which place their own cookies.

The data is stored on our servers hosted by Seria or their subcontractors Cerpus, Blix Solutions or Ennerd. Backups older than 1 year are also stored offline, in a fireproof safe in Bodø. Passwords are stored encrypted.

6. Processing of personal data / cookies
Personal information will be stored in our database, processed and disclosed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Act, and as set out below.

  • You have the right to request that your personal information be deleted from our databases. We will comply with this as long as the service you wish to delete from does not have specific requirements and reasons to keep your data safe.
  • In case of suspicion of grossly incorrect information in the user profile, we may delete your account without further investigation.

9. TO AVOID cookies being stored

You can delete cookies from your hard drive at any time, but this will make your personal settings disappear.

You can also change the settings in your browser so that it does not allow cookies to be stored on your hard drive. However, this results in poorer functionality on certain websites, may prevent access to pages that require login and secure content and some features unavailable.

To prevent the so-called anonymous identifiers from being stored, you must disable Javascript in your browser. Javascript is, however, required for many basic functions of the website to function.
