3. WE DO NOT USE THIS INFORMATION FOR

The information you provide to us only stored in our systems. The information will not be sold and will only be used to provide you with more relevant information and better services. Third parties (like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel) will be able to extract IP address and data based on your browsing patterns. We are obliged to ensure that these third parties treat data in accordance with Norwegian regulations.

We log which webpages are visited, time, browser and from which IP address the visit comes from.

When registering a user account we store the data you provide.

Registration for courses and conferences
With enrollment to our courses and conferences we will only store the information you provide at registration.

5. INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

We use cookies to store an anonymous identifier locally in your browser. These are used to improve the user experience. For example, remembering form data entered so that they are remembered for later use. We also include items from third party services such as Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Google+, which load their own cookies.

Data is stored on our servers which are hosted by Seria or their subcontractors Cerpus, Blix Solutions or Ennerd. Backups older than 1 year is also stored offline, in fireproof safe in Bodø. Password saved encrypted.

Data is stored as long as the website is in operation.

6. Processing of personal information / cookies
Personal information will be stored in our database, processed and published in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Act, and as set out below.

7. DATA PROCESSOR

Your personal information will be processed by us and our IT services providers for the purpose of providing services and for improving the services.

Your personal information will by no means be disclosed to others without your consent or we are legally required to extradite.
