If you live in Norway, you have a 14-day right of return after receiving the item(s). You will then be refunded the price of the item, excluding return costs.<\/p>\n

The item you wish to return must be in perfect condition, as when you received it, and not used or washed. Items must be returned with original tags intact on the product. If you have the original receipt that came with the shipment, you can send it back with the item(s).<\/p>\n

If you live outside Norway, you can return and\/or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item(s).<\/p>\n

How do I go about returning an item?<\/p>\n

  1. Send an email to HipKnitShop, Hello@hipknitshop.com, with information about who you are\/order number, and what you are returning. See attached form in your order.<\/li>\n
  2. Pack the item well and securely before returning it (reuse the packaging if possible). Mark your package \"returns\".<\/li>\n
  3. Sent by mail to the following address: HipKnitShop, Sj\u00f8gata 22, 8006 Bod\u00f8, Norway. Email \u00abHello@HipKnitShop.com\u00bb and call \u00ab93291575\u00bb so we are notified about the package.<\/li>\n
  4. We will contact you when the item(s) arrive and refund your money for the item(s) if you are entitled to it. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package arrives, please use tracking. If there are faults or defects with the item, HipKnitShop will of course cover all additional fees.<\/li>\n
  5. If the order was paid with a credit card, the money will be transferred back to the card used for the purchase. If you used PayPal, the money will be returned to your PayPal account. Transactions can take up to 3-8 banking days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return shipping costs: HipKnitshop is not responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or faulty items. Refunds for returned products will be issued as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 business days, after HipKnitShop receives the items. The refund will be credited to the credit\/debit card used for the original order.<\/p>\n

    Complaint<\/p>\n

    As a customer, you are responsible for unpacking the item(s) and checking that the item(s) are flawless as soon as possible after receiving them. If you have received products that are damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us at Hello@hipknitshop.com before returning them.<\/p>\n

    Attach a picture with details of damage\/defect. HipKnitShop will refund shipping costs if the item is damaged and\/or defective.<\/p>\n

    Exchange of goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Return the item as mentioned above. We will refund the amount. Order the desired new item in the online store.<\/p>\n

    Gift certificates cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n

    Knitting kits are considered a single product. Knitting kits must be refunded or returned in their entirety; partial returns are not accepted.<\/p>\n

    PDF knitting patterns are not returnable<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
