Knitting kit with yarn and free digital knitting pattern. Knitting pattern for a dress in mohair. The dress is knitted from the top down - you start by knitting cords and increase from stitches in cords for the front and back pieces. Knit together after increases and continue down to the desired length.
The dress has an A-shape, meaning it slopes outwards in width towards the hips and thighs. Knit with or without a slit in the sides. Because of the straps and the fact that you can measure along the way, it is easy to adjust the dress to the desired fit and length.

The dress is just as nice on its own as it is with both a sweater and a t-shirt underneath.

FIT
The dress has a range of motion/"positive ease" of about + 10 around the chest (further below). Choose a size that is about + 10 cm wider than your bust. (Tip: Feel free to measure the bust of a singlet / dress you already have and like the fit of, and size according to measurements here. You can adjust the length yourself along the way).
