LOVESTORY SWEATER KNITTING PATTERN AND YARN

Knitting kit with yarn and free digital knitting pattern. Women's cable sweater. Lovestory sweater is knitted in a delicious blend of Pop Merino and Hip Mohair.

The piece is worked from the top down. First, the back piece is worked back and forth. Then, stitches are picked up over the shoulders for two shoulder sections. Decreases and increases are worked on the shoulder sections to form the neckline. The shoulder sections are gathered mid front and the front piece is finished. The front and back pieces are gathered and the body is worked to the desired length. Stitches are picked up for the sleeves, which are knitted and finished with a narrow rib. Finally, stitches are picked up for the neckline.
